B2B Intent and Salesforce CRM


The B2B Intent for Salesforce app is installed with a Salesforce managed package, and connects your B2B Intent web app account to your Salesforce Org.


B2B Intent data resides in custom objects that are added to your org when you start the integration. 



How it works


Apex and Batch Jobs are used to pull data from B2B Intent APIs, as well as handle permission sets, page layouts, record types, and other Salesforce configurations.





 

The B2B Intent App for Salesforce seamlessly works with all native Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited edition functionality, including reports, notifications, lists, and Flows.

Outlined below is a list of all custom objects included in the B2B Intent for Salesforce App.




Company Prospects tab


In the B2B Intent for Salesforce app, the Company Prospects tab helps users identify matched accounts, and create, archive, or delete the unmatched companies.




Here is a walkthrough of the different features in the app:



Product Selection dropdown


Before checking the list of company records in the Company Prospects tab, check the Product dropdown selection for the product of your choice.





Prospect view dropdown


With the Prospect view dropdown, users can see different subsets of their B2B Intent  data, including accounts that are Unmatched, Matched, Archived, or Deleted.




Filters


Users can set filters on the company prospects based on available criteria. Filterable columns include Company, Domain, Country, State, Industry, Employees, Revenues, Purchase Intent, Engagement, Product Awareness, Categories, Viewed Profile, Since Last Refresh, Last Session, and Latest Update.





Unmatched View


You can use the Unmatched View to identify which Unmatched accounts can be manually matched to existing accounts, or create unmatched accounts as net new accounts. 




You can use the Match icon to find relevant matches between B2B Intent company prospects and your existing accounts. The match icon will be one of three colors: green (a highly probable match exists), yellow (a likely match exists), or red (no matches exist)


You can use the Create button to create net new accounts, and you can use the archive or delete buttons to add records into those lists.



Matched View


On the Matched view, users can analyze which matched accounts are showing the most Purchase Intent, and other trends of Categories Viewed, Competitors Viewed, Product Awareness, and more.



You can use the Unmatch button to remove the matching link between one of the Buyer Discovery company records and the currently associated Salesforce Account record.
