Sales Navigator use case

Contact enrichment with Sales Navigator

Using B2B Intent, you can conduct contact enrichment in Sales Navigator by downloading a CSV and uploading it to Sales Navigator as a new Accounts List.


Here are the steps:



  1. In the B2B Intent web app, click on Exports List

  2. On the Exports List page, click on Add

  3. In the pop-up, select Custom

  4. In the Custom Export setup page, set the Filters to match your ICP, then click Save

  5. Once you’ve confirmed save, you can click into the Custom export again, and click on the download icon



  1. Select Prospects and then click Download





Once your CSV of company prospects is downloaded from the B2B intent web app, then you can head over to your Sales Navigator account to upload the list


In your Sales Navigator account:


  1. On you Sales Navigator home page, click on Accounts

  2. On the Accounts page, click on Upload List

  3. In the Upload list popup, click Continue on the Requirements page

  4. On the Upload CSV page, upload the CSV of company prospects, and click Continue

  5. On the map fields section, map all fields as below and click Continue



  1. On the Name list page, give the list a name of your choice and click Create

  2. Once the List is created, you can click into it to see the details of the matched accounts




  1. From here, you can click into each company to see the Account Map of related leads, and being targeting these leads based on intent signals
