6sense and B2B Intent using Manual CSV Upload


Using B2B Intent, users can create Lists that can be manually uploaded to 6sense to create a segment. 


Note: If users have a Salesforce integration with 6sense, then the B2B Intent for Salesforce integration can be enabled as well, so that B2B Intent fields on the Salesforce Account object are automatically transferred to 6sense and usable in Segment building. 


Here are the steps for the manual process of uploading a CSV from B2B Intent into 6sense to build a segment:



  1. In the B2B Intent web app, click on Exports List

  2. On the Exports List page, click on Add

  3. In the pop-up, select Custom

  4. In the Custom Export setup page, set the Filters to match your ICP, then click Save

  5. Once you’ve confirmed save, you can click into the Custom export again, and click on the download icon







  1. Select Prospects and then click Download

        




Once your CSV of company prospects is downloaded from the B2B Intent web app, then you can head over to your 6sense account to upload the list


In your 6sense account:


  1. On you 6sense home page, click on the Segments tab

  2. On the Segments tab, click on Upload List


 


  1. Fill in all of the details to complete the List Upload, including selecting the CSV of company prospects


  1. Once the Segment is created, you can click into it to see the details of the matched accounts


  1. From here, you can click into each company to begin targeting these accounts based on intent signals
